Tonight was Wednesday night at Brandy's. We made some Enchilada's, yum. All I really did was warm up the corn tortilla shells in the microwave, Brandy did all the real hard work, but they turned out spectacular, OLÉ!We watched trashy Real World, I haven't watched that in years, but saw the season premier last week, and I'm afraid I'm hooked. There are 2 Salt Lake Cityites this season. I'm really happy the little Mormon family that visited on tonights show was cute. The mom was such a little Mormon mom, but was really sweet, they didn't make complete fools out of Utahns. We also got the weekly dose of Top Chef and Whatever Martha. Big TV night!
