Ahhh just like Mayberry, sittin on the porch wavin' at the folks passing us by... Well not quite waving, more like not making direct eye contact with the crazy people talking to themselves about Nazi's. But none the less, it was a fine spring evening so Brandy, Clete, Greg and I took a stroll to the Maverick for some fat free frozen yogurt! I just found out that Maverick we go to on the corner of 3rd S and 9th E is the same Maverick that Lori Hacking and her husband went to the night she was killed. Creepy. But it used to be my favorite Maverick because Dereck the Maverick boy gave me free drinks. However it seems he has moved on and is no longer dolling out the Diet Coke at the local Lori Hacking Memorial Maverick.
